1. Agreement to terms

By submitting a document through Parseo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Parseo (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of service

Parseo provides structured analysis of procurement and contract documents, including RFPs, solicitations, grant announcements, and contracts. The Service extracts requirements, deadlines, contacts, highlights, and other structured information from submitted documents and returns results within 24 hours.

The analysis is generated using document intelligence and expert review. Output is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal review, professional procurement advice, or any other form of regulated professional service.

3. Third-party AI processing (Anthropic Claude API)

Parseo uses Anthropic's Claude API to process submitted documents. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your document will be transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing.
  • You have read and accept Anthropic's Usage Policy and Privacy Policy.
  • You represent that you have the right to submit the document and that doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party agreement.
  • You will not submit documents containing classified information, protected health information (PHI), or other categories of information subject to special legal handling requirements.

4. Data use agreement

When you submit a document to Parseo:

  • Your document is transmitted securely and used only to perform the requested analysis.
  • We retain the structured analysis results, not the original document file, so that you can access your report via your unique results link.
  • We do not sell, share, or license your document or analysis results to third parties.
  • We do not use your submitted documents to train AI models.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated metadata (document type, page count, analysis duration) for service improvement purposes.
  • Results are accessible via a unique link for a period of 90 days following delivery, after which they may be deleted from our systems.

5. Accuracy and limitations

Parseo's analysis is generated by a combination of automated document processing and expert review. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty — express or implied — that any analysis is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that:

  • Accuracy may be lower for heavily scanned documents, low-resolution images, or non-standard layouts.
  • Every item in the analysis includes a source citation, and you are responsible for independently verifying any item before relying on it for a business decision.
  • Parseo's output does not constitute legal advice, compliance certification, or professional procurement guidance.

6. Waiver of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parseo and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis output — including but not limited to lost contracts, missed deadlines, business losses, or errors in extracted information.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service and reliance on any analysis is at your own risk.

In no event shall Parseo's total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge. All prices are in USD.

If your analysis fails, produces clearly incorrect output, or you are otherwise unsatisfied, contact us at thomas@useparseo.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the request and, at our discretion, re-run the analysis or issue a full refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit documents that:

  • You do not have the legal right to share or process.
  • Contain classified or government-restricted information.
  • Are intended to circumvent any applicable law or regulation.
  • Are submitted for the purpose of reverse-engineering, benchmarking, or competing with the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
